HT NFT Terms and Conditions
1. HT is the creator of the Non Fungible Tokens (NFT) of the images/articles etc.
2. Minting of existing NFTs and introducing new NFTs shall be the sole discretion of HT.
3. The Intellectual property in the content of the NFT shall at all times remain with HT.
4. The Seller will be able to sell only the NFT and not the content therein.
5. NFT can be sold only for trading and auctioning on a marketplace and for personal use only.
6. Ownership of the NFT can be transferred from purchaser to purchaser whereas the ownership of the content shall at all times remain with HT.
7. The Seller shall be accountable for all the operations and management towards the sale and purchase of the NFTs.
8. This website is not meant for any commercial transaction and is only meant for integration to list the NFTs on the marketplace.
9. All the contents and material of the Website is an Intellectual Property of HT and should not be copied or used for commercial or personal use.
10. HT, and/or its subsidiaries, offices and representatives shall not be liable to any person or entity for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, incurred by the winner or any third party, whether in connection with this website or for breach of any warranty or in tort.
11. Any provision of the T&C that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall be ineffective as to that jurisdiction to the extent of that prohibition or unenforceability. That does not affect the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction nor invalidate the remaining provisions of the T&C.
12. Failure by HT to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions in any instance(s) shall not give rise to any claim by any person.
13. HT reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend or vary any of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice or intimation.
14. This website shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable provisions of Indian laws and regulations.
15. Any dispute in relation to this website shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi.
